My sister, Erin celebrated her 28th birthday almost 3 weeks ago. I was so glad we were able to drive out to spend the afternoon with her. We had fun talking and just being together.



The top 5 reasons I love my lil' sis:



1. She gets me. It doesn't matter if I make sense or not. She has figured out how to understand the randomness that is me.



2. She is kind and sweet. I consider myself a pretty nice person, but she beats me by a long shot.



3. She is my "alter ego." We are almost complete opposites. It's interesting to experience the world from her perspective. It's never a dull moment.



4. She loves my kiddos. If I need the boys to sleep, I know I can count on her to run them ragged. And they love EVERY stinkin' minute of it too.



5. She's not as annoying now as she was growing up. I think age has something to do with that.
