Fun at home

First some chores...
...then some fun!!!

School is sometimes fun

Over the summer while I was taking my last Anatomy & Physiology class, my professor thought we should take a field trip to an exhibit in San Diego called BODY WORLDS. It was very interesting, yet sort of weird at the same time. All the people in the exibit donated their body after they died to be "PLASTISIZED" by some doctor from Germany. Like I said, weird.

Sorry for the poor picture quality - no photography was allowed and I had to sneak these with my cell phone. I almost got mauled by a lady security guard.

The "exploded" body (this was HUGE!)

The swimmer

The skateboarder

The "X" lady

My sister FINALLY got married (way back in July)

We spent the fourth of July week/weekend preparing for my little sister's wedding. The pictures don't do the venue justice, but her wonderful boss (and his amazing wife) let them get married on their property in Murrieta. It was A LOT of work, but it was well worth it. Some of us learned we had some undiscovered talents in the process.

I made the centerpieces, bouquets, and boutineers (who knew)

We got our hair done

(gotta love the homage to the Lakers)

guess who these scoundrels are

my beautiful sister

Hello again!

I was doing so well keeping this blog updated, and then life happened. I enrolled in my final class to qualify me for nursing school during the summer session and things haven't slowed down since. I'll do my best to briefly sum up the last 7 months or so, but be prepared for a slew of posts.
