HEEEELLLLLLOOOOOO 2009!

Being the wild and crazy party animals we are {ahem}, it wouldn't have been New Year's without a party. We got together with some friends for a late night snack and a casual round of Rock Band around 8:30 p.m. There are no pictures of me participating because I cleverly avoided it.

About an hour in to our hard core partying, Andrew zonked out. When I went to get him into his pajamas, I found a melted Hershey's kiss stuck between his sweatshirt & t-shirt {right smack in the center}.

Within another 30 minutes, Brandon was fading and we were able to lay them down on the floor in one of the empty rooms to sleep through the remainder of the party.

This is what they looked like about an hour later when we were packing up to leave. {Andrew is a bit of a wild sleeper}.

Unfortunately, we're not the night-owls we used to be so we left the party around 11:30 p.m. We walked in the door minutes before midnight and were in bed by 12:10. We really know how to ring in the new year. :}
